1. Service

LifeDesk connects customers with real human assistants who complete personal-assistant tasks (documents, career, organisation, errands and more).

2. Pricing & payment

Prices start from €45 (remote) and €90 (on-site). Custom quotes are provided within 2 hours. Payment is processed via Stripe.

3. 24-hour response

We commit to responding to every task within 24 hours of confirmation and payment.

4. Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the result, we will redo the work free of charge.

5. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel a task at any time before work has started and receive a full refund.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected task. We are not liable for indirect damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
